SHIPPING POLICY
Products will be shipped after receipt and payment of an order. Typically, shipments occur for most orders within 24 hours of the processing of the order, but are not guaranteed to be so shipped. If Javita is temporarily out of stock on ordered merchandise, you will receive a back-order notice with your shipment. Back orders are filled first when new inventory arrives.
SHIPPING RATES
Current shipping and handling rates can be found during checkout on the Javita website or by contacting Javita Customer Service. Javita reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time, with or without notice.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be applicable and due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier and must be paid by the order recipient upon delivery.

The program allows Customers to receive a customized order at a predetermined time every month.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that a valid payment option is on file to process the Subscription order. Payment is automatically deducted from an authorized credit or debit card. Javita reserves the right to process Subscription orders prior to or subsequent to the scheduled date due to weekends, holidays or weather-related events. Changes to your Subscription order, including cancellations can be made online through the Customer’s Account online or processed through Javita Customer Service by calling 1-855-528-4821 and must be received no later than three (3) business days prior to the billing/ship date.
