Refund policy

If a customer is dissatisfied with their product, Javita will refund the full purchase price of any order that was placed directly with Javita (less shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Return Merchandise Authorization

For any product/order being returned to Javita, an RMA number is issued by a Javita Customer Services Representative. The RMA number issued will be valid for 10 business days. Customers that receive an RMA number must ship the approved products back within 10 business days.

When the above procedure has been completed and the return has been verified, a refund for the purchase will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days.
