As of March 1st, 2020 Javita moved to a new Technology Platform. Customer/Members who haven't login into the new site after March 1st, 2020 will need to create a new account.
How do I cancel or change an AutoShip Subscription
If you are currently receiving an AutoShip from Javita, that was created prior to March 1st, 2020, please contact us via chat, email or by phone to make any modification to it.
If you created an AutoShop after March 1st, 2020, please login into your account to update it. Please note: if you need to add products to your AutoShop (Subscription), you will need to cancel and create a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us, via chat, email or by phone.
