Refund Policy

If a customer is dissatisfied with their product, Javita will refund the full purchase price of any order that was placed directly with Javita (less shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt.

Any product being returned an RMA number issued by a Javita Customer Service Representative. The RMA number issued will be valid for 10 business days. Customers that receive an RMA number must ship the approved products back within 10 business days.

When the above procedure has been completed and the return has been verified and received, a refund for the purchase will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days.
